Each pair is handcrafted from polymer clay, a lightweight yet durable material. I use high-quality 18k gold-filled and stainless steel findings, unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. This makes my earrings hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive ears.

Not at all! Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight, so larger statement earrings are comfortable to wear all day.

To keep your earrings looking their best:

• Store them in a dry place.

• Avoid contact with lotions and perfumes.

• If they get dirty, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth.

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to help.

Yes and no. I am currently shipping to both Canada and the United States. All US shipments will be shipped via ChitChats with tracking and all Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post, untracked.

If you would like to purchase tracked shipping through Canada Post, please email hello@theinspiredcreative.ca and we can process that for you at an additional fee.

I aim to ship within 24 hours, with the exception of product launch days. During earring launches, please allow 2-4 business days for shipping. Typical transit time is 7-10 days with ChitChats, and 5-7 days with Canada Post oversized lettermail. However, we cannot guarantee these timeframes.

Please email me at hello@theinspiredcreative.ca. In most cases I can reship immediately, after reshipment fees have been paid by the customer.

Unfortunately, in the case of a lost package you would have to contact your local postal service for further information. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
